  1. Processing Time: All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. During peak seasons or high demand, processing time may extend slightly.

  4. Damaged Deliveries (Important): Upon receiving your order, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video.

Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
