At our core, every piece we create is not just a product — it is handcrafted art, shaped with precision, time, and intent. Due to the bespoke and fragile nature of 3D mural art, we maintain a strict return policy.

No Returns on Change of Mind: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of preference, design selection, or aesthetic expectations. We strongly encourage reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video evidence and images.
Claims without proper proof will not be considered.
Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement only — no refunds.

Handcrafted Variations: Each mural is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, colour, and finish are inherent and are a mark of authenticity, not defects. Such variations do not qualify for returns or replacements.

Installation Responsibility: Damage caused during or after installation is not covered under our policy. We recommend professional handling for installation.

Shipping & Handling: Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners. However, we will assist in tracking and support wherever possible.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. As most pieces are made-to-order, cancellations are highly restricted.

Final Discretion: All return, replacement, and dispute decisions rest solely with our team. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
